Novalis Tx™

When you’re diagnosed with cancer – it’s personal. Each decision you make about your treatment is personal too. Offering Novalis Tx™ radiosurgery means making no compromises on your treatment – a painless, non-invasive outpatient procedure for cancerous and non-cancerous conditions of the entire body.

Novalis Tx uses a treatment beam contoured to the exact shape of your tumor, precisely delivering treatment while protecting surrounding healthy tissue. And a treatment session lasts just minutes, not hours. Novalis Tx – giving new hope to patients with tumors once considered untreatable.

Vision RT

Vision RT is the leading provider of Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT) imaging tools including AlignRT, GateRT, SRS Module and The Real Time Coach display currently used at the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara. Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT) is a new technique that is becoming widely used to ensure patients are positioned correctly before and during treatment. By tracking the skin surface using Vision RT’s non-ionizing and non-invasive camera technology, SGRT helps make sure the patient is in the intended position, with high accuracy, and often with less physical immobilization, providing both comfort and safety. If the patient moves, radiation can be automatically paused until they are back in the intended position. SGRT is used across a wide range of cancer types and sites.
